One of my favorite professors at BC; super kind to everyone. Would definitely recommend!
one of my favorite profs I've had at BC- doesn't expect too much but you get rewarded if you pay attention and participate- very nice guy on top of that cares about his classes for sure and the info he teaches I think is very useful without any fluff and you learn a lot
Very engaging and interesting professor. There are no tests, just problem sets and longer data projects which really helps to apply your learning beyond the theory. Don’t be afraid to take honors!
Prof. Urosa really wants you to succeed and always is there if you are ever struggling in class. Assignments/workload is very manageable and the tests are just like the study guide.
Very enthusiastic Perspectives professor. She expects a lot in the amount of reading she assigns, but she always wants to help.
I really like professor ranger. I think he's good at lecturing, grades fair, and makes class enjoyable. He is also funny and gets references surprisingly. He wants you to succeed and ensures you understand everything. would recommendddd
I thought she was a good professor! She teaches concepts well, is always available for help/clarification, and grades well. She's super nice and would def recommend.
An amazing professor. Prioritizes real-world applications in his assignments and work. Does a good job at explaining concepts. Grades very fair. Wants to see you succeed. Would 100000000% take again.

The class is amazing and super interesting. Conroy is not the best. Conroy is very OD in terms of grading. She once took .1 a point off for a conversion I clearly laid out. She's not the worst at lecture at least. She's not as bad as these reviews may have you think.

Professor Tonn is the best professor I've had around BC thus far. She is so passionate about what she teaches and it makes such a difference. She grades extremely fair and wants to see you succeed. I love her. Would definitely recommend this class. Super interesting and fulfilling.
Please do not take this class if you have not taken physics previously. You will be studying for eternity to try and get a good score. I will say, Ilija makes all the difference in this class. He has a good lecture style, and truly wants you to succeed. Curve is also great.
Take him for whatever you can - great teacher, super interesting guy, flexible, nice, probably my favorite at BC. not a harsh grader which is nice, and his classes are intellectually challenging without being overbearing or requiring a huge workload. Would highly recommend to anyone.
Awesome class and awesome professor, loves what he's teaching and rewards participation even if you don't exactly know what you're talking about. Need to be open minded, but if you are it's easy and fun.
Professor Wilson is a great and caring professor. Grading is strict, so don't take LOTC if you expect an easy A but material is interesting and she is an amazing lecturer.
Professor Noval is one of the best perspectives teachers out there! Truly cares about each and every student. Tests are perfectly aligned with his lectures. Attendance is necessary, but his classes fly by as they are interesting. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.
Amazing professor. Prof. Portillo really cares for ALL of his students and FYW was such an amazing class. Super easy A as well
Great Guy! Super Easy Class! Definitely take this class if you want an A!
BEST PROFESSOR EVER. Truly inspiring guy, funny, and spontaneous. Super chill class, 6 pop quizzes, 2 exams (allowed to bring cheat cards), and 1 presentation. Learned so much from him, very knowledgeable too, THE person to have deep conversations with.
Loved Prof.Roth, super passionate, brutally fair professor, engaging lectures, attainable good grades, great and funny guy, Watchout for deadlines, don't miss many lectures, and you're good
Its aight, good way to fill out the Natural Science core
He's a funny guy, very warm professor but sometimes I do find myself zoning out in class
SUCH a good French prof! He's super understanding and genuinely wants you to succeed. Also he's actually so hot which is a great motivator tbh
In my opinion the best first year writing seminar teacher you can have. He is very chill, loves to talk about anything under the sun and gives easy grades. I am honestly going to miss some of the conversations we had about everything and nothing.
One of my favourite professors. He makes the class really interesting and funny. I would 100% recommend. Professor Saint-Widow is also really understanding and considerate if someone needs an extension or anything.
The Best Professor No one is better than her
Great class, great professor.
Very nice guy and great priest, but not a very good professor. You don't really have to go to class as long as you pick up the lecture notes, but the exams are weirdly difficult and specific and require a lot of studying and rote memorization of dates. Not an easy core class
I took Fast I with Professor Driscoll and did not have a good experience. He is a super nice guy, but the tests are extremely hard, and a lot of the lectures don't make sense.
While the material is very challenging, Professor Feldman makes it very enjoyable and gives us detailed notes.
