Real Estate is a fair amount of work. McCullagh clearly knows what he is talking about and is a fair grader. Final project is quite the assignment, but you get class time to do it.
McCullagh is a great professor and he is on top of things when it comes to lecturing. Can't say anything bad about the guy.
