This course provides an introduction to methods for analyzing longitudinal data in the social sciences. Students will learn how to model change over time using change models, fixed and mixed effects models, event history/survival analysis, and sequence analysis. The course emphasizes both theoretical foundations and practical applications, equipping students with the skills to analyze repeated measures and life-course data. All analyses will be conducted using R and Stata.
