This course will include a close reading of Descartes'Meditations on First Philosophyand a study of the reception of its key ideas by, e.g., E. Husserl, M. Heidegger, E. Levinas, M. Henry, J.-L. Marion. After an initial meeting on Zoom (January), the course will be taught in person in March and April.
