In this course, you will learn about the basic theoretical elements of program planning, monitoring, and evaluation, frameworks used for program development, and the practical process of creating and evaluatingpublic health programs. We will evaluate existing programs using publicly available documents and consider the process of developing new programs for field implementation. We will also discuss the basics of publichealth advocacy and learn about types of advocacy campaigns and methods used in the US and globally.
