Course taught in Italian.What if you could travel in time to the Italian Renaissance? What were the challenges of everyday life for young people? This course offers an interdisciplinary overview of the lives of young people in the Italian Renaissance, with a particular focus on fifteenth-century Florence. Primary sources will include literary texts, works of art, archival documents, private letters, treatises, and the artifacts of daily life.
